Diagnosis and Treatment of Women with Epilepsy
摘要
The correct diagnosis of epilepsy has important guiding significance for the choice of treatment and prognosis of epilepsy. About 30% of patients with epilepsy develop drug-resistant epilepsy following standard treatment. The diversity of the clinical manifestations of epilepsy increases the difficulty in confirming the diagnosis, and a lack of epilepsy specialists and imbalance in the geographic spread of doctors contributes to delays in the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy. These issues can even lead to the aggravation of the condition or be accompanied by mental and psychological diseases, so the timely and correct diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy is essential. Fortunately, the rapid development of epilepsy research in recent years, especially research into the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy, has resulted in a number of breakthroughs.
