Study of W-Band Extended Interaction Klystron with Tapered Coupler
摘要
An extended interaction klystron with novel tapered coupler operating at 93.6GHz is proposed in this study. The transmission coefficient of the tapered coupler is analyzed, and the parameterized design is completed. Through particle-in-cell (PIC) simulation and verification within the cavity, the results indicate that, driven by a sheet beam with a voltage of 13 kV and a current of 2 A, the output power at 93.6 GHz is 417 W.
