Design of FPGA-Based Temperature Control Scheme for Optically Pumped Terahertz Lasers
摘要
A temperature feedback control system for laser tube wall is designed to ensure the stability of output power and intermediate frequency of optically pumped terahertz laser. The system uses FPGA as the core control element; STM32, PT100 and MAX31865 as the temperature feedback circuits to provide real-time feedback on the temperature of the laser tube wall; and AQMH3615NS-B driver and semiconductor refrigeration wafer as the actuating elements to cool or heat up the laser tube wall, thus realising the temperature feedback control of an optically pumped terahertz laser. The system can make the optically pumped terahertz laser have sufficient output stability as the polarization interferometer light source on Tokamak device.
