A Topology-Independent Fast Reconstruction Method for MIMO Millimeter-Wave Holographic Imaging

This paper presents a topology-independent fast reconstruction method for three-dimensional (3D) millimeter-wave imaging with multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) arrays. Based on the proposed enhanced equivalent principle and partitioned phase compensation, the proposed method can transform the MIMO reconstruction to single-input–single (SISO) inversion problem without obvious focusing blur. Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method on the reconstruction accuracy and computational efficiency.
