摘要

Hodgkin–Huxley’s (H–H) model of neuron was an experimental proof for analysis of some types of disorders linked with pathological and neurological events associated with neurons. The main aim of the paper is that the analysis of H–H model with bifurcations of parameters value how explains the detection of some diseases related with neuron. Such type of events are linked with pathological state of neuron can be analyzed by H–H model with ion concentration levels of different ions. The experimented H–H model with constant ion concentration and variable conductance parameters has been first considered to explore involvement of variable conductance parameters in the development and termination of some neurological disorders. Basic of the simulation model is Hodgkin–Huxley’s conductance based model where of course the effects of sodium and potassium pumps as considered in ion concentration analysis. The results obtained have been successfully plotted and compared with the results those have been obtained by considering in literature.
