Companies in the automotive mechanical sector face evolving market demands, necessitating continuous innovation for competitiveness, and the most common problems are inadequate administration and organization. Consequently, this study addresses the problem of inadequate administrative management among SMEs in the automotive mechanical sector. The objective is to implement an ERP-type web Information System (IS) to improve the administrative management of SMEs in the automotive mechanic sector of Metropolitan Lima. The methodology used for the implementation of the IS was the Scrum methodology where through three sprints the functionalities that were needed to achieve the objectives were generated, the programming language used was JavaScript for both the frontend and the backend with their respective frameworks and a NoSQL database with MongoDB. The results were: cost reduction by 50.95%, company profits increased by 42.86%, resource management time was reduced by 82.33% and efficiency increased by 23.88%.
