The Foreign Teachers’ Professional Development in China: Challenges and Strategies

This chapter explores the educational policies of foreign teachers’ professional development in China. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the CPC Central Committee, governments at all levels, and higher education institutions have actively carried out policies to introduce overseas talents to teach in China.
