The Intercollegiate International Educational Exchange in China: Challenges and Strategies

This chapter looks at cross-border collegiate exchange in China. Since China's reform and opening up to the outside world, higher education has become an essential component of the opening up. It also serves as a means of developing high-level talents and accelerating the development of science and education. From the perspective of improving human capital, this initiative has served to vigorously promote national core competitiveness and overall national well-being. This chapter focuses on the government's policy on university study abroad programs. The last parts have provided both the issues and the solutions.
