The Molecular Mechanism of Targeted Therapy Based on Terahertz Irradiation
摘要
Long-wave infrared irradiation and terahertz irradiation, due to their low-energy photon characteristics, have broad prospects for safe treatment in the field of biomedicine. This article introduces the reparative effects of terahertz irradiation on burned skin and nerve tissues, as well as its applications in enhancing sperm vitality and treating cardiovascular diseases. Subsequently, it analyzes in detail the intervention of characteristic frequency terahertz waves on cancer cells and discusses their mechanisms. Furthermore, a detailed analysis is provided on the use of terahertz irradiation to modulate drugs without altering their chemical structure, along with its effects and mechanisms. Finally, prospects for the application of terahertz irradiation in biomedicine are outlined.
