Effect About Different External Terahertz Field on Permeability of Sodium Channel

Sodium channel is an important unit that regulates intracellular ion concentration and maintains the balance of sodium ions between intracellular and intracellular environments. Different functional groups of ion channels have different absorption peaks of frequency. The permeability of ion channel is related to the activity of specific functional groups in selectivity filter. These functional groups have their specific resonant frequencies, causing the affection to the permeability of ion channels when they vibrate under the action of applied external electric field with corresponding frequencies. In this paper, changes of permeability about NavMs channel under different field intensity are analyzed by applying external terahertz field at the frequency of 51.67THz as the main condition. With the Influence of external terahertz field, the permeability of channel has increased about 146.26% when field intensity is 0.6V/nm.
