摘要

In this paper, we used a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor combined with terahertz (THz) spectroscopy to investigate the effect of paclitaxel on cervical cancer cells (Hela cell) and successfully obtain the terahertz absorbance spectra. The results showed that as the concentration of paclitaxel increased, The spectra show a blue shift, increased, and the inhibition of the cells increased, The cell proliferation levels were assessed using the gold standard of drug assessment, and the results obtained were the same. This study shows that the combination of terahertz spectroscopy and SPR biosensor is a promising approach to achieve a simple, rapid, and low-cost method for approaches to Chemistry-Cell Relationships.
