The analysis was performed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) aims to determine the impact of anxiety on athletes and explore the effectiveness of an anxiety monitoring detector device in helping athletes manage their anxiety. The findings of this research contribute to a better understanding of anxiety in sports and provide insights into the potential use of monitoring devices for anxiety management among athletes.
