摘要

The present review study examines the growing importance of solar energy within the realm of sports facility management. In light of the worldwide focus on environmental sustainability, solar energy has emerged as a crucial renewable resource, particularly due to the widespread use of photovoltaic (PV) systems. The integration of solar technology in sports facilities can yield significant advantages, such as decreased energy expenses and a diminished environmental impact. This is particularly relevant due to the substantial energy requirements associated with these facilities. This change aligns with the wider cultural trend toward sustainability, improving the reputation of sporting facilities and gaining support from stakeholders that prioritize environmental concerns. Nevertheless, the process of integration necessitates meticulous planning and design, taking into account the initial capital outlay and guaranteeing the attainment of maximum solar absorption. The evaluation additionally emphasizes the significance of digital technology in the administration of green energy and the wider utilization of solar energy in many areas such as building, industrial transport, and urban planning. Case studies offer valuable insights into the effective integration of environmentally friendly technologies within sporting facilities. The study finishes by highlighting areas of research that require further investigation and outlining potential future approaches. It emphasizes the necessity of conducting targeted studies on the utilization of solar energy in sports facilities, exploring its compatibility with electric vehicles, examining the possibilities of green hydrogen, and exploring the convergence of solar energy with digital technology.
