InPost is the most significant private Polish delivery company operating nationally since 2006. The company has introduced various ingenious solutions through the years, such as intelligent package tracking or parcel lookers, which allowed it to compete successfully against state postal monopoly Poczta Polska (Polish Post). Thanks to its actions, solutions, and carefully planned marketing communication InPost within only a decade, not only dominated the domestic postal market but also built the consumers’ trust in the company, which has been at the level of 85% for five years according to the reports of the public opinion research center. This paper aims to present and analyze the company’s communication on social media (InPost’s Facebook profile) as a part of its real-time marketing strategy. By a quantitative non-parametric analysis of published posts, the paper aims to answer whether RTM is still the most user-engaging marketing tool that can be used in social media.
