摘要

The rapid proliferation of AI-driven surveillance technologies raises critical concerns about their potential impact on human rights and the delicate balance between security and privacy. This study investigates the intricate relationship between these technologies and human rights, seeking to identify ethical, legal, and social implications that arise from their widespread deployment. Through a mixed-methods approach, encompassing a literature review, expert interviews, and a public perception survey, the research explores the extent to which AI-driven surveillance technologies affect fundamental rights, such as privacy and freedom of expression. The study sheds light on the challenges faced by policymakers, human rights advocates, and technologists in navigating the ethical dilemmas posed by these technologies. By providing valuable insights and perspectives, this research contributes to the ongoing discourse on safeguarding human rights while ensuring security in an era dominated by AI-driven surveillance technologies.
