摘要

As the use of digital communication increases, concerns regarding the effects of cyberbullying on psychological health have risen. This study sought to investigate this effect and found recurrent patterns in a variety of research findings. The findings show that those who engage in cyberbullying, especially young teenagers, are more likely to have heightened depressed and anxiety symptoms. Victims frequently experience long-lasting negative effects, such as low self-esteem, antisocial habits, and suicidal ideation. Cyberbully perpetrators also have negative consequences as heightened anxiety and violent thought patterns. Overall, these results highlight the urgent need for thorough treatments, increased knowledge, and practical methods to lessen the negative impacts of cyberbullying on mental health and to provide a safer online environment.
