摘要

Technology-driven activities in any sector or segment bring positive changes. Technology usage like AI brings digitization into the process, which further helps, in e-governance with the smooth functioning of the systems. Thus, in this regard segments like public infrastructure, taxation systems, and the agricultural sector are no exception. Despite the ongoing system and usage of required techniques in the mentioned segments, certain bottlenecks hamper appropriate development and smooth functioning of the systems, and therefore the study undertaken believes in the usage of artificial intelligence over and above existing technologies. Hence, from e-governance perspectives for the above-mentioned segments, bidding process of infrastructure and procurement of tenders is considered for public infrastructure. Tax assessment and tax administration are taken into consideration with the need for AI in taxation systems and application of AI in the agricultural sector with reference to monitoring via e-governance and so on. The methodology adopted for the study includes a structural approach keeping in mind the importance and need of the study. Primary and secondary sources were referred and an AI-based model framework developed to help particular segments of our economy. By implementing AI in public infrastructure, taxation systems, and the agriculture sector, the current study can have significant outcomes and contribute to the sustainability of our economy overall, and of these sectors specifically. Therefore, the study concludes that AI has in itself certain limitations but with its substantial usage in the mentioned sectors, these can grow with the use of e-governance and sustainability.
