Optimization of Emergency Decision Making for Intrusion Incidents in Offshore Operation Area Based on AnyLogic Simulation

The exploitation of offshore oil and gas resources has gradually become the focus of China's oil and gas exploitation. In the emergency process, the emergency duration and total loss are two crucial aspects. This paper analyses the influence of different emergency response time and driving order with AnyLogic modelling on the total emergency time and the actual invasion time of the invaded ship under the condition of different number of ships. Then, by establishing the threshold of the emergency response time and adjusting of driving order, the total emergency time is reduced, and the actual intrusion time is reduced to realize the optimization of emergency decision.
