Design of the Optimized System Based on Improved Ant Colony Algorithm for Operational and Maintenance Plan for the EMU Depot

Analyze the factors affecting the preparation of operational and maintenance plans based on the site demand of the EMU depot. Define the set of basic data, establish the planning constraints, routing plan and maintenance cycle, and determine the minimum under-repair mileage and maximum running mileage as the optimization objective function. Based on the typical NP-HARD problem of operational and maintenance plan, the Ant colony optimization algorithms are optimized and a comprehensive model algorithm is constructed. According to the requirements of the EMU depot for system requirements, functions, and data structure, establish the system framework for an integrated preparation of the EMU depot, designed the operational and maintenance plans optimization preparation system. Taking the operational and maintenance plan of CRH380A as an example, the system and planning algorithm is verified and analyzed. The results show that the plan preparation system can quickly and accurately prepare the plan within 60 days, reducing the under-repair mileage of second-level repair by about 30%.
