Research on Thermal Safety of Fireworks in Air Transportation Based on Thermal Explosion Theory

摘要

Based on the thermal explosion theory, the paper establishes a physical mathematical model for thermal self-ignition of fireworks and physical mathematical models for heat transfer of the upper, lower and side surface shells. Using the difference method and the homologous Newton method, numerical calculation programs for the thermal self-ignition model of fireworks with shells are established to solve critical parameters such as critical ambient temperature. Calculations are carried out for the thermal safety of sprays in three different storage forms: single, boxed and stacked as examples, which provides a theoretical basis for transportation of fireworks by air. Finally, in order to cope with the complex and changeable air transportation conditions and further strengthen the safety and reliability of fireworks in air transportation, the paper proposes some countermeasures in production and air transportation, which are to improve the quality of fireworks, add simulated air transportation test for fireworks and strengthen the storage management of fireworks.
