Research of Human-Machine Interaction Technology on the Digital Train Based on Three JS

This paper presents an in-depth study on the digital twin technology for human-machine interaction of digital train, so as to realize rapid 3D visualization of digital trains and different scenarios, and further to establish the dynamic virtuality-reality interaction between digital trains and physical trains. The first step was to simplify the original 3D model, so that the new model can be displayed in the browser in seconds. The second step was to visualize the lightweight model in the browser based on webGL technology. Then the digital bogie was taken as an example, and a lightweight 3D model of digital bogie was established to simulate the digital bogie in different scenarios and the real-time statuses of its components. The practice presented in this paper can be extended to the lightweight 3D display of the other systems of digital train, and provides important technical support for the realization of digital twin of the entire digital train.
