Research on Key Technology of Operation Control System of Medium-Speed Maglev Train
摘要
The maglev train runs in a non-contact mode of magnetic repulsion or attraction after breaking away from the shackles of the traditional wheel-rail relationship, which also poses new technical requirements and challenges for the train operation control system. The differences in the speed and position protection technologies used by the existing maglev vehicles with different speed grades and traction systems are analyzed. Referring to the protection concept of the wheel-rail train operation control system, combined with the practice of maglev engineering, the architecture design scheme of the operation control system of the constant guide short fixed maglev train is determined. The technical shortcomings of independent sensor speed measurement and positioning are analyzed, and a multi-sensor information fusion and network sharing sensor group speed measurement and positioning scheme is designed. According to the most extreme situation and the principle of fault-oriented safety, considering the delay of vehicle traction braking, the maximum slope of civil engineering, the delay of system response and measurement error, the speed distance model is designed to realize the functions of overspeed protection and position protection. Based on the analysis of existing technologies, a wayside occupancy inspection scheme based on virtual wheelsets is proposed. The maglev articulated beam turnout is analyzed. After the turnout turns, a cliff-like line end will be formed. The system has a safety risk of track terminal protection. A multi-section axle counting protection zone scheme is designed for the trackside, a red light false start protection scheme is designed for the on-board signal system, and a section protection scheme is designed for the depot. It provides useful reference for the future development of higher-speed maglev train operation control technology.
