Discussion on the Methods of Safety Risk Management of Railway Protective Facilities

The risks of railway protective facilities poses a huge threat to the safety of railway transportation, and railway traffic accidents occur frequently. In order to meet the needs of the development of the railway transportation industry in the new period, this paper summarizes the safety risk management and control at home and abroad from the concrete implementation level of the safety risk management and control work of the head office of the railway, the existing safety risk “Hazard source” is analyzed, and the safety risk control measures are formulated. This paper discusses risk management of safety of protective facilities, such as overcrossing railway and highway Bridges, undercrossing railway and road Bridges, and parallel sections of buses and railways, and puts forward the working methods of early detection, early treatment, early report and early communication, to provide a reference for the environmental safety management work along the railway. The paper also provides a basis for railway safety and technical support for relevant theoretical research.
