Analysis of the Development of APP on Railway Administrative Law Enforcement

But for many reasons, the influence of the railway transportation management organs on administrative law enforcement situation there are still quite a few problems, team construction, following the law execution concept is not thorough, the lack of administrative enforcement of law guarantee, the enterprise legal consciousness is not strong.
