Research on On-Line Monitoring Method of Equipment Production Data in Discrete Manufacturing Workshop of Auto Parts Based on Electric Signal

Due to the intensifying rivalry, traditional discrete manufacturing businesses urgently need to undertake digital, informational, and intelligent transformation and upgrading using contemporary technology. Monitoring production data from workshop equipment is a crucial technology for implementing the transformation and advancement of intelligent manufacturing. Therefore, a unified monitoring method for production data based on electrical signals is proposed, aiming at the heterogeneous workshop equipment with various processing types and numerical control systems in discrete manufacturing. Using the manual loading and unloading of auto parts spindle axis CNC turning combined processing procedures as an example, the viability of the online monitoring method and software system is confirmed.
