Design and Implementation of Traffic Light Control Logic and Vehicle Positioning

With the continuous improvement of contemporary urban transportation, the size of the city has shown a trend of rapid expansion. The previous traffic light control system has not kept up with the pace of urban development, and various problems frequently occur. The most important point is that the time displayed by the traffic lights is relatively fixed, and the time cannot be adjusted at any time according to the size of the traffic flow, but can only be controlled by a fixed time. This paper discusses the design and implementation of the traffic light control system based on vehicle positioning. Through the related research on traffic control, the conception and scheme formulation of the traffic management intelligent system are shown, and the traffic light control system and functions based on the principle of vehicle positioning are analyzed, which has practical help for dealing with traffic jams in advance.
