Design and Analysis of Multitasking Column Climbing Robot

Column climbing robots are used in the hazardous situations. It works under different environment conditions so the selection of materials and equipment’s are to be designed to withstand the effect of corrosion and for different working environment. The merchant’s circle diagram technique is used to solve the contact related work. It is necessary to have detailed understanding of the robot structures behavior over different loading conditions. Nowadays, multitasking robots gain significance in different engineering applications. Their flexibility to modify the design corresponding to best suited for application. The present project work features to design the robot in SOLID WORKS 2022, and the detailed analysis was carried out by ANSYS 19.2.
