摘要

Performing training sessions to enhance the precision of billiard ball scoring poses inherent challenges. In response, we designed a comprehensive billiard ball hitting assistance system predicated on the utilization of a cellular phone camera. This system leverages the cell phone to capture images, subsequently transmitting them to the server backend for meticulous analysis and processing. The localization module is integrated with the YOLO target detection algorithm, facilitating the precise determination of the billiard ball’s spatial coordinates. Simultaneously, the perspective distortion inherent in the billiard table surface is exploited to ascertain the relative positioning of the camera vis-à-vis the billiard table surface, thereby mitigating localization errors attributable to varying shooting perspectives. Furthermore, the shot assistance system undertakes a comprehensive analysis of shot trajectories contingent upon collisions. It furnishes the billiard trainer with a detailed guide on optimal ball striking techniques. Additionally, the system evaluates the likelihood of scoring under diverse positional scenarios by considering the striking angle, and subsequently generates a simulated distribution graph illustrating the probability of scoring. Ultimately, we substantiate the efficacy of this probability distribution algorithm through meticulous simulation-based validation procedures.
