Design of Distributed Synchronization Header for Short Burst Communication with Low Earth Orbit Satellites
摘要
With the rapid development of low Earth orbit satellite communication technology, achieving efficient communication in multi-user access scenarios has become a highly regarded challenge. The associated frame synchronization issues also require special attention. This paper proposes an innovative distributed synchronization header design scheme for frame synchronization. By jointly optimizing the phase factors and position factors, the synchronization header symbols are distributed in each frame in a specific pattern to improve the autocorrelation characteristics of the current synchronization header, thereby improving synchronization performance. Compared with previous distributed synchronization header design schemes, this scheme achieves an approximately 10% improvement in synchronization accuracy at lower signal-to-noise ratios.
