Integration of Mobile Edge Computing in Wireless Technology
摘要
The innovations in 6G, the Internet of Things, and cloud computing, over the previous few years have seen a drastic change from centralized cloud computing (CCC) to multi-access edge computing (MEC). Integration of mobile edge computing in wireless technology symbolizes a revolutionary shift in network architecture. The wireless medium of communication makes it more compatible for the MEC to be scalable on the network nodes. The crucial use of MEC is to take network access (edges) near the end user. MEC helps in latency, mobile energy consumption, and computing the critical tasks at the edge. This paper mainly discusses related integration and results of mobile edge computing in wireless technology. First, we summarize the edge computing concepts and compare them to cloud computing. It then summarizes edge computing architecture, key technologies, deployment scenarios, IoT structure assimilation edge computing and blockchain and finally discusses some challenges in the society of MEC. The model was implemented and tested in the context of both global and local models’ performance. It was observed that a 92.1% accuracy of the global model was generated, and it was better than that of its local model.
