Prediction of Bitcoin Price Using XGBoost Algorithm Along with the Impact of Blockchain Technology

Blockchain technology is a digital technology that uses a chain to store and share information in a network connected in a peer-to-peer mode. The use of blockchain technology ensures to protect the information by using cryptography making it difficult to manipulate any information. This paper reviews the use and impact of blockchain technology in international trade, foreign investment and e-commerce for sustainable development. It also defines the use of XGBoost, a machine learning algorithm along with blockchain technology to predict the price of Bitcoin with the help of various publicly available datasets. It also reviews all the various strengths and limitations of blockchain technology along with XGBoost algorithm, for prediction of Bitcoin price helpful in foreign trades and international investments.
