The Digitalization Role in the Crop Production Carbon Footprint Reducing
摘要
Acceleration of the technological development pace leads to an increase in the volume and intensity of information exchange and society and between subjects of economic activity. This explains the urgency of the issue of intensification of digitalization processes in all spheres of production, in particular in the crop sector. One of the basic components of the implementation of digitalization is monitoring, which is a key source of information for the purpose of optimizing the ecological and economic management of production processes. The availability of a wide range of data sets determines the formation of a continuum of digital space, as a condition for increasing production efficiency, strengthening economic capacity, optimizing the use of resource potential in all its forms and types. Thus, a systematic approach to the organization of socio-economic development is being formed with a focus on minimizing the anthropogenic burden on the environment, including achieving climate neutrality, which is aimed at by international efforts within the framework of the tasks of the green transition. To achieve these goals, a set of economic levers is proposed, the effectiveness of which also requires the clear functioning of the information and registration infrastructure.
