Smart Waste Management Using IOT and ML

The paper is based on the concept of automation used in waste management systems under the domain of cleanliness and hygiene. The objective of this project is to manage the waste in the dustbin more smartly. The task is achieved by using the concepts of IOT and ML. The waste present inside the bin is monitored using sensors, and an optimal path is created between the collecting trucks. Based on the collected data, further analysis can be made to maintain the waste bin system in a better way. The system even includes features like automatic SMS alerts, smell detection, bin level detection, and live location; hence, in the busy schedule of the modern world, saving of time can be done in this system and even tension-free automatic management of waste.
