Remote Engagement and Creative Climate: Driving Strategy to Raising the Innovation and Organizational Resilience

摘要

Work From Home (WFH) and blended learning in education are tactics that explain the organization’s adaptive response, which is still regarded as a successful survival tactic in the post-pandemic period. This study examines the role of remote engagement, creative climate, and innovation as antecedent variables of organizational resilience. 191 managers from Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah University in Indonesia were used in this study. Path analysis was performed to analyze the data. The findings suggest that remote engagement and creative climate can improve organizational innovation. Remote engagement both directly and indirectly, remote engagement can support organizational resilience. This study also demonstrates the importance of innovation in mediating the effects of creative climate organizational resilience. According to this study, it’s critical to foster the creative climate that encourages innovation in order to increase organizational resilience, especially at Muhammadiyah Universities in Indonesia. This research also highlights the need to manage engagement levels and foster an environment that fosters creativity.
