The study presents a user-centred approach to travel planning, introducing the TourMate web app. This dynamic platform empowers travellers with personalized tour guides, real-time weather forecasts, and user-generated content, ensuring a more satisfactory and seamless exploration of Sri Lanka's breath-taking attractions.
