Problems of Optimizing Informaciologically Complicated Systems for Technical Support of Medical Rehabilitation in the Modern Context

The main problems of optimizing informaciologically complicated systems in medicine are disclosed. The difference between informaciology approaches to determining the needs for physiotherapy devices to equip various physiotherapy rooms is highlighted. Optimal time period for operating repair of physical therapy equipment is substantiated. The methods for weight and volume of the equipment for technical support of medical rehabilitation calculation are proposed. The derivation of functional-statistical criterion for assessment of efficiency, quality and optimization on the example of technical support for medical rehabilitation is explored. Some particular statistical criteria for assessing the efficiency of the informaciologically complicated systems of technical support for medical rehabilitation are investigated. These criteria are used to assess efficiency and optimization of technical support for medical rehabilitation systems with a limited number of the parameters. There are: particular generalized-statistical criterion, throughput capacity (speed of response) of the process and technical support criterion, relatively simplified efficiency assessment criterion, etc.
