New Assessment Application Model “Flourishing Healthcare-Mu” to Improve Engagement and Performance Nurse in Hospital

Thriving is a holistic concept that includes physical and mental well-being, as well as social and spiritual fulfillment. This is a state in which a person develops and reaches their full potential. Nurses who have a thriving high level will tend to do their jobs happily, in a comfortable situation to work in. Thriving in nursing is important for several reasons, it leads to better patient care. Goal: Improve nurse engagement and performance in hospitals with the Flourishing Healthcare-MU app as a new assessment model. Method: This study uses a mixed-method design with an exploratory sequential design. The first stage of qualitative data collection and analysis is followed by quantitative data collection to test or generalize the initial qualitative results. The sample in this study was nurses in a hospital. Results: The results of the FGD became the basis for making the application, which was named: Flourishing Healthcare-MU. This application helps improve the engagement and performance of nurses in hospitals by knowing the level of development of nurses in hospitals. Each nurse can measure the level of development and know suggestions for promoting growth. The Flourishing Healthcare-MU app measures nurse happiness with a total of 27 nurses feeling good and 62 nurses feeling very good. There is a relationship between education and developing with nurse performance with a p-value of 0.000. Conclusion: Your Flourishing Healthcare is appropriate for assessing nurse engagement and performance in hospitals.
