Personalized cancer nanomedicine has emerged as a transitional and transformative approach in the fight against cancer, transcending traditional treatments and marking a paradigm shift toward more effective, targeted, and patient-specific therapies. In this age of precision medicine, the one-size-fits-all model is proving inadequate for the complex and heterogeneous nature of cancer. This chapter explores the compelling argument that personalized cancer nanomedicine is not a luxury but an absolute necessity for advancing cancer treatment modalities. The conventional cancer treatment models often rely on broad-spectrum therapies with considerable systemic side effects, impacting both cancerous and healthy tissues.
