摘要

Effects of dynamical diffraction and strong deflection on electron holography analysis are explained. Phase contrast variations due to the dynamical diffraction effect are explained on the basis of computer simulation results. The characteristic features of the strong deflection effect on reconstructed phase images are explained in terms of the wave-particle dualism of the electron, which is considered in Chap. 5 .
