Application
摘要
Application of electron holography to various materials is described with classification in terms of various shapes such as particles, lines, and plates. In addition, electron holography analysis of bulk electromagnetic materials and devices is presented. Furthermore, a description is given of the electromagnetic field and collective motion of electrons obtained by in situ observation of the effects of applying various voltages and magnetic fields.
