Prototypes of Smart Clothing Made from Textile Materials Based on Organic Light-Emitting Diodes

The structural features of prototypes of smart clothing with an integrated mobile medicine (mHealth) system based on organic light-emitting diodes are being considered. The integration of the mHealth system with textiles is based on thin-film nanotechnology achieved through applying Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) coatings applied to flexible substrates. The comparative characteristics of prototypes created during the period of 2014–2021 are provided.
