2D Phosphorene Nanosheets Prepared by Simple One-Step Solvothermal Method

摘要

2D phosphene nanosheets are widely used in catalysis and energy field, but the current preparing methods are expensive, complicated, and low yield. These disadvantages limit the application of two-dimensional phosphene nanosheets. In this paper, two-dimensional phosphene nanosheet was synthesized by simple one-step solvothermal method using red phosphorus as raw material and ethylenediamine as solvent under laboratory conditions. XRD, TEM, AFM, XPS, and UV–vis were used to analyze the crystal structure and microstructure. The results show that phosphene nanosheets prepared have a thickness of about 2–3 layers and a bandgap of about 1.256 eV. It shows that this bottom-up solvothermal method is a reliable method for large-scale and low-cost preparation of phosphene nanosheets. By photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B solution, it was found that the prepared phosphene nanosheets showed good photocatalytic performance, which the degradation rate is more than 95% in light radiation for 50 min.
