Research on the Formula of Composite Scale Remover for CQ Oil Field Pipeline

With the continuous development of CQ oil field, the scaling problem caused by increased water content and other reasons is becoming increasingly serious, and many old oil fields in China have entered a high water content shutdown period. The equipment corrosion and production decline caused by scaling have also caused huge economic losses. Solving the problem of oil well scaling in oil fields is one of the current research hot spots. This experiment used two types of descaling experimental methods to study the descaling effects of a single descaling agent and a composite descaling agent, respectively. Select and compound the best combination formula and concentration of CaCO3, CaSO4, and BaSO4 from existing drugs in the laboratory. The experimental data shows that CaCO3 has the best scale inhibition effect at a temperature of 70 ℃ and atmospheric pressure, with a sodium tripolyphosphate HPMA ratio of 5:6. When the ratio of sodium tripolyphosphate to disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid is 1:8, the scale inhibition effect on CaSO4 is the best. When the ratio of EDTA disodium is 5:4, BaSO4 has the best scale inhibition effect.
