Effect of Sintering Process on the Properties of Refractory Waste Ceramisite

摘要

In recent years, the environmental problems caused by refractory waste have become an increasingly important problem. If it can be used properly, it can effectively protect our ecology and resources. In this paper, the study is based on refractory waste material as the main raw material, the preparation of refractory waste ceramics under high-temperature sintering, explores the content of refractory waste material, sintering temperature, holding time and particle size on refractory waste ceramics water absorption, compressive strength, porosity, and other properties, in order to obtain better preparation parameters. The results show that when the content of refractory waste material is 60%, the highest sintering temperature is 1400 ℃, the holding time is 2h, and the performance of ceramide prepared is better. Its porosity is 34.74%, and compressive strength is 11.66 MPa.
