Study on the Battery Performance of UHMWPE Microporous Membrane
摘要
In this paper, preparation of UHMWPE microporous membranes for lithium-ion batteries based on the principle of thermally induced phase separation (TIPS). The microporous membrane has been, respectively, assembled into half-cell and battery. The ionic conductivity and cycle performance of lithium-ion battery has been tested, which are the key electrochemical properties. The inherent relationship between the porosity of the UHMWPE microporous membrane and the battery's performance was explored, aiming to optimize the membrane's functionality in lithium-ion batteries. And the UHMWPE microporous membrane has been obtained to meet the requirements of the use of power of the lithium-ion battery.
