Study on the Preparation Technology of UHMWPE Microporous Membrane for Lithium-Ion Battery
摘要
In this paper, the preparing technology of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) microporous membrane for lithium-ion battery using has been studied based on the principle of thermal-induced phase separation (TIPS). The processing technology of UHMWPE microporous membrane was explored. And studied the effects of average molecular weight and material ratio of UHMWPE on preparation and microporous structure morphology. The UHMWPE microporous membrane prepared meet the requirements of lithium-ion batteries.
