Application of Model for Heuristic SMART Management in the Industrial Enterprise

In this article, the main elements and connections that are manifested in the Model for heuristic SMART Management in the Industrial Enterprise are studied, analyzed, and synthesized. The Model for heuristic SMART Management in the industrial enterprise is a qualitatively new toolkit, formulated by the author, supporting the effective management of the medium-sized industrial business entity. The cognitive, functional, quantitative, qualitative, and structural foundations of three fundamental conceptual doctrines, making up the application of model for heuristic SMART management in the industrial enterprise, have been presented and studend. The methodological and methodical aspects of the Model for heuristic SMART Management in the Industrial Enterprise have been synthesized, and the added value of the Concept for the economic entity and the economy as a whole has been highlighted.
