摘要

The twin-rotor mimo system (TMRS), a complex and dynamic platform with inherent instability and nonlinearity, presents a formidable challenge in control system design. The application of an \(H_\infty \) controller, known for its robustness in handling uncertain and disturbed systems, is exploited to achieve optimal control of the TRMS. The novelty of this research lies in tuning the \(H_\infty \) controller using graphical methods. By employing graphical techniques, the controller design process is simplified, ensuring optimal performance. This approach enhances the practical applicability of the TRMS control system by reducing the computational complexity associated with controller tuning. A comprehensive analysis, focused on system dynamics, disturbance rejection, and parameter variations, has been conducted. Through simulations, the effectiveness of the \(H_\infty \) controller based on graphical methods in stabilizing the TRMS is demonstrated. The results of this study contribute to the field of control engineering by offering an innovative approach to optimize the control of complex and unstable systems like the TRMS. Furthermore, the graphical tuning methodology provides valuable insights into the practical implementation of robust control strategies for real-world applications, with potential implications in fields such as aerospace, robotics, and autonomous systems.
