Simulation and Prediction of Urban Housing Development

Cities are places where residents engage in socio-economic activities, and urban buildings provide venues for these activities. The government controls the spatial distribution and purpose of urban buildings, thereby regulating the distribution pattern of residents’ socio-economic activities. Urban buildings, developed by developers, are indirectly controlled by the government through the regulation of developers’ behavior, i.e., urban land use.
