Air Pump Assisted PDEK

The air pump assisted PDEK technique, described by the author (SJ), uses pressurized air infusion to make PDEK surgery easier and quicker while also decreasing the amount of graft manipulation and thereby graft endothelial loss. It uses pressurized air to act as a third hand supporting the graft from within. It also helps decrease post-operative graft detachment rates by enhancing intra-operative graft adhesion.
